Just found this cool little ajax trick on Apple's iPod page: Scroll all the way to the iTunes Free Download box. Click on "Download" and walla! Pop goes a small form box where you can quickly download iTunes. No waiting for an entire page to load.
Finally an alternative to Dreamweaver from the makers of Transmit. Looks promising.
One of my favorite websites (yes I know, how dorky) has just redesigned. The layout of the definitions is more open and cleaner looking. Certain areas have been color coded (such as the history blurb which I make a point to read) to separate it more from other areas. Overall, easier to read and more inviting to look at. I always go to this site whenever I encounter a word I'm not familiar with or if I've always seen it and never really knew what it meant! I even have a search extension on firefox for it. Also, being in web design, I sometimes end up writing copy for whatever I'm working on myself so it's always handy to have a dictionary and a thesaurus or if I'm trying to come up with a concept, it's great to easily find synonyms to whatever word I have in my head.
