When you were younger, were there any game shows that you religiously watched and wanted to be a contestant on?
Yes! I so wanted to be on Takeshi Castle! They used to show it in the Philippines in the early 90's way before it became that MXC show in Spike TV. The original show episodes was much longer and included a final round where they get a chance to capture the castle and win. Granted all the games there looked like it hurt but it just seemed so much fun.
Play any instrument or speak any language, which do you choose?

I would like to learn how to play a sitar and maybe get back to (trying to) learn Japanese.
Konnichiwa!
What's the most extreme weather you've been in? A memorable storm? Heat wave? Or something else?
I'm lucky to never have experienced any big hurricanes here in South Florida having lived here for almost 10 years. But I did experience ash rain in the Philippines when Mt. Pinatubo erupted. This was in 1991 and a 7.7 earthquake had just struck us a year before. I remeber having to wear surgical masks when we walked outside and there's gray ash that pretty much covered everything. The clouds were the thickest and grayest you've ever seen them.
Who is your favorite Muppet? Why?
QotD submitted by knitwitology.vox.com.
Hmm... never really had a favorite muppet. Maybe The Count. I just loved how he would talk when I was kid and would always try to imitate it.
And since where on the topic of talking educational puppets, I do remember watching a show when I was a kid growing up in the Philippines called "Batibot." Like the Muppets - and Sesame Street - they had animal puppets. One of my favorites was this big giant turtle named "Pong Pagong (Pong the Turtle)." But his character was more along the likes of Big Bird wherein instead of sock puppets it was one of those big costumes with a person inside. What was interesting about "Pong" was that they were able to have his neck extend out (like a real turtle!). They did this by using the person inside's arm for the neck leaving the costume's arms just always attached to the shirt and not moving. Always looked like he had a broken arm or something. Ah... childhood.

Update: I just realized that The Count's not a Muppet but a Sesame Street character! For Muppets, then I'd have to go with Miss Piggy.
Update: Man, this is confusing. Looking through Wikipedia, I just found that Sesame Street and the Muppets were all created by Jim Henson. I've always noticed the similarities and Kermit even appeared on both shows but never for the life of me thought that they could've been from the same guy.
So I guess The Count does err... count as a muppet? Even Pong Pagong!
